Little About Me

This being my first blog, I was super nervous to create a blog based on something so dear to my heart! However, when my advertising/social media teacher told us we were to create a blog, I knew there was nothing else I could talk about. Having only been in the dance world for a few years now, I knew if I was to do this topic it would have to be in a way that I created a space that all different dances of age and genre would be able to contribute to. Thus came On Point Blog and Forum! I have chosen to be able to pick topics of interest to steer the conversation, but to also let the public have a voice in my blog just as much as me! There are always going to be more advanced and experience dancers out there so why not hear their voice as well?

On Point plans to cover a variety of different dance styles and all sorts of different helpful pieces of knowledge to benefit you as a dancer. From everything to performance to stretching, On Point encourages respectful conversations in the forum and of course comments on the post!
